Building Weprogs: A Web Agency Management Platform Built to Run My Own Business
Running a web agency means juggling dozens of client websites: credentials in notes apps, maintenance done reactively, time tracked in spreadsheets, support buried in email. I built Weprogs to fix all of it — and ended up shipping a SaaS with an encrypted credential vault, a HMAC-verified monitor agent, and automated maintenance reporting.
